Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods
Pursuant to Act 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in the sale of goods or provision of services under a distance contract, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods shall be deemed to have been taken over by the consumer at the moment when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, with the exception of the carrier, has taken over all parts of the ordered goods. Pursuant to Article 8(1) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. the consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract with the seller in a written form or in the form of a record on another durable medium /e.g. by mail/. Pursuant to Section 10(1) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. the consumer is obliged to send the goods back or hand them over to the seller within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. If the buyer withdraws from the purchase contract, the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods to the seller. The time limit under the preceding sentence shall be deemed to have been complied with if the goods have been handed over for shipment on the last day of the time limit at the latest.
The cancellation of the contract must contain the identification of the buyer, the date of the order, the exact specification of the goods, the account number to which the buyer requires the refund to be sent. To expedite communication, also telephone contact or e-mail. At the same time as withdrawing from the purchase contract, the consumer shall deliver the goods to the seller together with the original accessories, including all documentation in the original packaging. We recommend sending the goods by registered mail, as the seller is not liable for any loss or damage during transport. Refunds will be processed within the statutory time limit of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned goods by the seller. The systems of the shipping company chosen by the Buyer when sending the returned goods are used to inform the Buyer of the Seller's receipt of the returned goods. The Seller is not obliged to inform the Buyer of the receipt of the package.
The goods must be sent no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract. The goods must be complete, intact, in their original packaging, including accessories, resalable and with the original proof of purchase.
Please enclose the withdrawal form, which must include:
- Your name, address and telephone number,
- The account number (IBAN) where your money will be refunded,
- Invoice number/order number,
- Your signature and the date.
The buyer is not entitled to withdraw from a contract of sale that involves the sale of goods made to the buyer's specific requirements (tailoring to height / size).
